Amanda Bynes has a new man in her life!
The 39-year-old former Nickelodeon star is officially dating Zachary, a 40-year-old business owner who runs an event and security company, TMZ reports. While the romance is still fresh, the two have already taken their friendship to the next level, and Amanda seems happier than ever.
Just this week, the What I Like About You actress was spotted walking hand-in-hand with Zachary in Hollywood. She also teased their budding relationship on Instagram, calling him her “boyfriend” in a series of Stories that she later saved to her highlights under the title “BOYFRIEND.”
One snap showed Zachary in a black t-shirt, snapback, and sunglasses while seated across from Amanda at a table scattered with drinks, cigarettes, and a Red Bull. Another intimate photo revealed their legs intertwined in bed while cuddling up to watch a movie. Amanda wore white jeans while Zachary sported grey boxer briefs and a t-shirt.

She also shared a video of herself in a grey lace tank top with the caption “Ur my type,” tagging Zachary’s private Instagram account, @vipinhouse. Other posts included a plate of food with the caption “Staying in” and Zachary holding a piece of graffiti-style artwork.
The new romance comes two years after Amanda’s split from her ex-fiancé Paul Michael. The couple’s on-again, off-again engagement officially ended in 2023 after a tumultuous relationship. Just before Amanda checked back into a mental health facility that spring, Michael told TMZ the pair had broken up following weeks of instability.

Michael alleged Amanda disappeared for three days and returned “with another guy,” sparking an argument that ultimately ended their relationship. “She said she didn’t care about him anymore,” Michael recalled, explaining he packed his things and left.
Amanda’s past struggles have been well documented. She was under a conservatorship from 2013 to 2022 following a series of legal troubles and mental health challenges. After years of progress, the conservatorship was lifted, and Amanda began pursuing her dream of becoming a nail artist while enrolled in cosmetology school.
