Burger King Is Launching Spooky Halloween Treats

Burger King is getting into the Halloween spirit with its latest spooky-themed offerings. 

The fast-food chain isn’t just rolling out savory items — there’s also a creepy-cute sundae perfect for enjoying during a night of horror movies after tick-or-treating.

Now, let’s get into all the goodies. First up is the Jack-O-Lantern Whopper. This futuristic looking burger features American cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mayo on a “Jack-O’-Lantern orange” bun topped with black sesame seeds.

The chain’s famous chicken nuggets are getting a spooky makeover as well. They’re now shaped like vampire fangs and bats, served in a coffin-shaped carton.

Mozzarella lovers can sink their teeth into Mummy-Themed Mozzarella Fries: mozzarella sticks “wrapped in golden breading, paired with marinara dipping sauce, and served in a special limited-edition mummy-themed box”.

For the star of the show we have the Franken-Candy Sundae. This “electrifyingly sweet” dessert is made up of vanilla soft serve topped with a mix of Oreo crumbles, purple candy syrup, and purple and green popping candy. 

Burger King is also offering a special-edition King Jr. Meal for Halloween, which includes the Vampire Nuggets and collectible Scooby-Doo toys inspired by the Mystery Gang.

Starting October 13, customers can also grab a limited-edition Halloween Bucket at participating restaurants while supplies last. Fans will be happy to see the buckets return this year after Burger King skipped them in 2024.

In a press release Joel Yashinsky, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King US&C said, “BK fans have come to expect something spirited from us during the Halloween season, and each year we try to bring even more fun to families.”

“This year, we’ve dialed up the fun and flavor, not only with our ‘Monster Menu’ line-up complete with themed menu innovation, packaging and a special crown, but also with collectible buckets and Scooby-Doo toys – creating even more experiences for everyone.”
