Kris Jenner is saying goodbye to her signature dark pixie — and hello to platinum blonde.

The Kardashians star, 69, unveiled a bold new look on October 8 via Instagram, proving once again that she’s never afraid to switch things up. In a playful Instagram video posted by celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, Kris sits in a salon chair with a towel wrapped around her head while Chris stands beside her holding a mixing bowl. The two mouth along to Sabrina Carpenter’s “When Did You Get Hotter?” before the video cuts to the big reveal: Kris sporting a chic blunt bob in a bright platinum shade, with her natural dark roots peeking through.

“Blondie @krisjenner,” Chris captioned the video, showing off the transformation that instantly had fans talking.

Kris didn’t waste any time taking her new ‘do out on the town. Later that night, she showed off the fresh look on Instagram and on the red carpet with Appleton at the launch of Shark Beauty’s new Shark Glam event, held at CUT Lounge at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

“We had a fun little blonde moment tonight!” Kris wrote in her caption. “Thank you to everyone who came out to help us celebrate the launch of the new @sharkbeauty Shark Glam at CUT Lounge at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel!!”

The bold hair color is just the latest in a series of reinventions for the famous momager. Earlier this year, Kris made headlines for another transformation — a facelift ahead of her 70th birthday.

Kris Jenner On Her Viral Facelift: ‘For Me, This Is Aging Gracefully’

In August, while gracing the cover of Vogue Arabia, she opened up about why she decided to undergo the procedure with renowned New York City plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine.

“I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy,” Kris said. “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
