Authorities confirmed that Celeste Rivas Hernandez was not pregnant when her deceased body was found in singer D4vd’s abandoned car.
Three weeks after Rivas Hernandez’s body was discovered in the front trunk of a Tesla registered to D4Vd, 20, her death certificate was released and revealed she was not pregnant and had not been pregnant in the last year, according to the document obtained by TMZ on Monday, September 29.
Additionally, the report said an autopsy was performed on the 15-year-old girl’s body before it was released to her family on September 23. The medical examiner is awaiting toxicology results, according to the outlet.
The certificate listed her manner of death as deferred as the L.A. County Medical Examiner and the LAPD try to determine how Rivas Hernandez died. LAPD Captain Scot Williams told TMZ that investigators are working to determine if she was a victim of foul play or other causes.

Rivas Hernandez’s body was found at a Hollywood impound yard on September 8 after police received reports that the Tesla had a “foul odor coming from a vehicle.” The body was later identified as Rivas Hernandez, who was reported missing on April 5 from Lake Elsinore, California, according to NBC Los Angeles.
The car was parked near a home in the Hollywood Hills, which law enforcement sources told ABC News D4vd – whose real name is David Anthony Burke – had been renting before he began his Withered World Tour in August.
According to the Los Angeles Times, detectives obtained a search warrant for the property and they recovered various items from the home, including electronics and computers.
Authorities previously told the Los Angeles Times that they were working to determine a connection between Rivas Hernandez and D4vd, adding that the case was being investigated by robbery-homicide detectives with the LAPD.
D4vd has not yet publicly commented on the case. However, a spokesperson for the “Romantic Homicide” singer previously told NBC News that he was “fully cooperating with the authorities” amid the investigation.
